REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Refunds may be allowed in cases where the product(s) is found to be faulty. Loomy Beauty should be intimated in writing, of return within 24 hours after receiving the product(s). Refund will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping c are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.

Return & Exchanges

Product(s) once sold and shipped cannot be Exchanged or Returned unless:

  • You have received an incorrect order, i.e. the product(s) received are not what you have ordered.
  • You have received damaged product(s), where the actual product(s) itself is damaged upon arrival.

In either case, the original product(s) item would need to be returned back unopened and in their original packaging to Loomy Beauty for Exchange or Refund.

Note: Loomy Beauty will gladly re-ship the products to you at no additional charge to you.



Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Loomy Beauty has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
