DOES YOUR COMPANY TEST ON ANIMALS?

At The loomy Beauty cosmetics , the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, or ask others to test on our behalf, We believe that animal testing should not be needed to validate safety of cosmetic products or ingredients and we are encouraging the use of alternatives and the elimination of such animal testing globally.

You can create your account by clicking on the Log in  located in the menu at the top of our home page (on the right side). My Account page opens, then click on "REGISTER" and fill in the obligatory information. Finally, click on “Create Your Account".

You will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Click on this link and you will receive a confirmation email.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

Creating an account enables you to track the delivery of your Loomy Beauty purchases and helps you to consult your order history. You can also update or delete your contact information in your account.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ON LOOMYBEAUTY.COM?

You can modify the information on your Loomy Beauty account by clicking on "Your account". Enter your user ID and your password and, once you are logged in, click on "My profile" to change or delete information.
If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

HOW CAN I FIND MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

You can select SIGN IN click on “Forgot your Password” to enter your email address. We will send you an email to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you didn’t receive the email. We apologize,but we are unable to allow changes to credit card information once an order is placed.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

After selecting the product you wish to order through the loomybeauty.com please click “Add to Cart” and indicate your desired quantity. You may at any time view and/or edit the contents of your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon found in the top right corner of all pages on the website. By clicking “View Cart,” you will be able to validate or edit your cart and then proceed to check out.

Once your payment has been made, a thank-you page will appear with your order number indicating that your order has been received. A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?

You can then modify or validate your basket and select your delivery method before making your payment.You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by selecting one of the following three options:- log on to your Loomy Beauty  account if you already have one- create an account if you are ordering for the first time on LoomyBeauty .com - continue as a guest; this option enables you to place an order without creating an account, but your order history will not be saved.Select your method of payment and fill in the information to complete your order.Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track your package's shipping.For further information, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service. advisors will be very happy to assist you with your request.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ORDER HISTORY?

If you have created a Loomy Beauty account, you can view your order history. Log in to your account and click on "My orders".

If you have placed an order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service to get this information.

HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

For all orders placed on our Loomybeauty.com website via your Loomybeauty account, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email. Your receipt will also be sent along with your package to the billing address you provided. You can also get a hard copy of your receipt from your customer account on the Loomybeauty.com website by visiting the "My Orders" section then clicking on the receipt you wish to print.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking link is provided in the email you receive from us confirming the shipment of your order.

If you have created an account, this link is also available on our website under My Account , then “My Orders.”

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at support@loomybeauty.com with your inquiry.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order nor change the delivery address once the payment is processed.
